Kilimanjaro International Airport

This is the best airport to use if you wish to go on a safari in the North of Tanzania.

It is possible to fly

into Kilimanjaro Airport
then onto Pangani
and fly out of Dar es Salaam

This is only with certain airlines. Please check with your airline for details.

Recommended Route

If you are flying into Kilimanjaro Airport you can easily fly onto Pangani or Zanzibar on a daily schedule flight with Regional Air.

Instead of returning to Kilimanjaro for your flight home we would recommend that you return via Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar as it is cheaper and more convenient.
